Keto Carnivore Dessert Cream Pops
This easy treat is great when you're craving something cold and sweet, but still keto carnivore friendly. Just mix cream cheese, heavy whipping cream and Truvia together and freeze for a sweet, sugar-free treat.

- 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
- 1/8th cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Truvia Adjust to taste
Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes until it becomes soft and easy to mix.
Once your cream cheese is soft, use a hand mixer to blend it with the heavy whipping cream until smooth. Gradually add in the 2 tablespoons of Truvia, tasting as you go until the sweetness is to your liking.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop the cream cheese mixture onto a parchment paper covered jelly roll pan or pan with sides.
Insert a toothpick halfway into each cream cheese ball and then place in the freezer for 1-2 hours until the cream pops are completely frozen.
