• Ground beef
• Shredded mozzarella cheese
• Sour cream
• Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef on the stove top until cooked through. Salt if desired.
2. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on a piece of parchment paper on a microwave-safe plate in a circle the size of a small taco shell.
3. Microwave the mozzarella cheese for approximately 1 minute 20 seconds- microwave times vary based on microwave strength. You want the cheese to be starting to harden and brown.
4. When done, peel the cheese off of the parchment paper, making a taco shell shape (use a spoon handle to form the shell if necessary)
5. Fill cheese shell with ground beef, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
